Fruit Smoothie


What you need:
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt
  • splash of coconut water
  • 4 ice cubs



You can use fresh or frozen, since all the fruit was on sale I used fresh fruit for my smoothie. Any flavor yogurt works as well! Blend all desired ingredients until well blended! Pour smoothie into a protein shake bottle and you have a smoothie to go! Makes one, 16 oz serving. Regular smoothies are expensive. For my smoothie, it cost me 2.50 per 16oz serving! So much cheaper than orange Julius or berry blendz!
